We usually meet at St Nicholas bus stop at 09.00 and then make our way to Deal for a cafe stop. The group often splits en route, with the more leisurely riders taking a shortcut, allowing the faster riders to 'up' their heart rates. If that sounds a bit daunting, then another ride starts at 09.30 from the Reculver flyover (same place as the Evening 10s). The first ride will do anywhere up to 60 miles, the latter nearer 30.
