The awful weather on Saturday 14th November gave the TRC coaching team a chance to put their indoor winter programme to the test. And it worked out ok with 10 young riders honing their physical skills through floor exercises, rowing machine and turbo-trainer, their mental skills by way of Richard’s ‘bike parts’ test and their manual dexterity in a puncture repair master-class.

Whilst contemplating how future indoor sessions could be formatted Richard said "...I have put together a picture quiz that we can use in future sessions - identify the type of bike/rider/etc, including a section for the Thanet adult helpers..." (strewth, a test, won't be seeing me any time soon then - ed.)
