Pete said..."Received results 3hrs after event finished; I was impressed. Steve (Quincey) did not ride, his pedal broke off as he left the car park to warm up. The second half of the field got wet but the predicted wind held off until all had finished. Pity for the well organised event that only 58 entered and 18 of those did not show on the day. Simon again recording a good time (now that's an understatement... Ed.). Andy beat me by 36 seconds (mmm... edging closer... Ed.). As for colin and I, we got wet and lived to fight another day!"
