I've enjoyed the enclosed Cougar but have convinced myself I can afford something a little better. It cost me 300 to build up excluding wheels, would want 250 for it. ITM carbon bars, Centaur 53/39 chainset, Chorus front mech, Xenon rear mech, Veloce brakes, Alpina carbon seatpost/forks, Ambrosio WS23 wheels. Pedals not included. Gearchange is friction not indexed due to Shimano gear levers but very smooth. Very low aero position, I did 59.58 on my first '25' on it the other day.
